- Requests for room and
equipment must be made through the Facilities Coordinator (402)
399-2463.
- All Food Service
reservations must be made through the Catering Office (402) 399-2649 at
least two weeks in advance of your event. We are happy to
tailor a menu to meet your specific needs.
- Guest counts should be
confirmed seven days prior to event. Cancellations must be made
one week prior to avoid a cancellation fee.
- College of Saint Mary is a
smoke-free campus. No smoking is
allowed on the premises.
- No food or beverages may be
removed from the premises following an event, nor may any food or
beverages be served on the College of Saint Mary campus that have not
been purchased from College of Saint Mary's Food Service.
- Alcohol may be served if
proper arrangements are made with the College.
- Any meal, reception, or
coffee service scheduled prior to 7 a.m. or after 9 p.m. will be subject
to an additional service charge.
- A 7% state sales tax will
be applied to all food charges.
- A 15% service charge will
be applied to all food charges.
