Advancing the Development of Working Women
As part of our mission to advance the development of working women, College of Saint Mary is opening its Leadership Development Forum to professional women at no cost. Topics include leading self, teams and presentational skills taught at the undergraduate level. Complete the program by attending all three sessions and receive a CSM Leadership certificate.

Saturday, March 31 | 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Leading Self: Understand the role of emotional intelligence in managing relationships. The five competencies of emotional intelligence include: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills.

Saturday, April 14 | 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Leading Teams: Learn how to address the different stages of team development: forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning.

Saturday, April 28 | 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Presentation Skills: Enhance your presentation skills by learning how to prepare, organize and deliver high impact presentations.

College of Saint Mary Receives Over $50,000 in Grants from the Armstrong McDonald Foundation and the Nebraska Arts Council
College of Saint Mary (CSM) is pleased to announce that it has received a combined $53,149 in grants from the Armstrong McDonald Foundation and the Nebraska Arts Council. The Armstrong McDonald Foundation awarded a $51,000 grant to CSM for the health professions departments to purchase high-tech equipment for education, while the Nebraska Arts Council awarded CSM $2,149 for a concert on March 29, 2012 by Lauren Pelon called ‘Women in Music: Someone Will Remember Us.’
