Business Leadership:
This is an accelerated approach to Business Leadership. Revolutionize your thinking and the results will follow. Whether you already have some college credits or are new to the college experience, the Business Leadership Program provides a pathway for completing a certificate or bachelor’s degree. Designed for women who already have busy schedules, this program meets on Monday evenings 6-10 p.m. This format features six 10-week modules, four intensive Fridays (6 p.m. – 10 p.m.) and some online assignments.

Master of Arts in Teaching:
Designed for those who have bachelor’s degrees in fields other than education – but would like to enter the teaching profession -- this delivery system will provide concentrated course work on Saturdays for 9 months, plus 14 weeks of student teaching. Some courses will be delivered online. Graduates take a giant leap forward by entering the field with a master’s degree. Classes begin every three weeks.

Master in Organizational Leadership:
Working women can earn a graduate degree in 10 months. This accelerated program blends an understanding of business functions and strategic thinking with the leadership process. Leadership skills are developed by enhancing participants' self-awareness and self-confidence through experiential learning in simulated leadership and teamwork situations. Classes meet on Saturdays in six 6-week modules. One cohort group starts classes together in the fall.
