The mission of the Business Leadership and Management (BLM) program is to provide women with the essential understanding of the critical interplay among leadership concepts, strategic business trends, and organizational performance. Students will enhance their leadership capacity by developing personal, interpersonal, and strategic business competencies to manage, lead, and transform organizations in a fluid and ever changing business environment.
BLM classes are available on the weekends! With an accelerated approach, the BLM program provides a pathway for completing a certificate or  bachelor’s degree. Divided into four, one-semester modules, this program blends theory and practical application in a way seldom found in an undergraduate curriculum. Whether you are working, raising a family, caring for parents and/or actively involved in the community, this hybrid program is 70% face-to-face and 30% on-line. The BLM program is designed especially for the 21st Century woman who must constantly balance the demands of a busy life.
