Narcissus teaches courses in programming, information systems security, computer networks, fundamentals of information systems, computer concepts, business applications, database systems, electronic commerce, information resources management, leadership through decision analysis, and business policy. Shambare holds a M.B.A. from Nottingham Trent University, a M.S.I.S. from Central Michigan University, and a M.S. from Edinburgh Business School. He is a professional accountant and SAP certified. He joined CSM in 2002.
 Brewer teaches marketing and management courses. He has conducted research on business networking groups and professional associations, and has published articles on those results in local and regional business publications. Brewer has experiences in both business and academic that he shares in the classroom. Brewer holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising from Drake University and a Master of Business Communication from University of St. Thomas. He joined CSM in 2007.
