Math & Science Building:

• Multi-million dollar renovation in 2008. New features include a greenhouse, anaerobic chamber, FTIR (Fourier Transform InfraRed Spectra Photometer), and HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography).

• Over $100,000 of new science instrumentation - including microscopes, fume hoods, wash stations, and other technology

• Plans underway for the Cadaver Lab to open in Spring 2011 - making CSM one of the few non-medical schools in the region to have this feature. The lab will be used for observation in anatomy & physiology classes, and an Advanced Gross Anatomy class has been added for those students interested in pursuing medical degrees.

Marie Curie Scholars Program

• Prestigious program for academically-talented young women who major in science or math at CSM

• Four-year scholarships with up to $18,000 in aid - Including room/board

• Access to tutors, research projects, seminar speakers, and much more
