The Spanish program at College of Saint Mary offers students the opportunity to learn and improve their Spanish language proficiency, as well as cultural awareness. Courses with an emphasis in medicine and business are offered to meet the needs of professional programs that have a need for bilingual graduates.
A minor in Spanish is attractive to prospective employers since it is indicative of the ability to perform duties bilingually. In our Omaha area and in the entire United States, the ability to be conversant in Spanish can open many doors.
