Jim Krueger 

Athletic Director
Krueger has more than 20 years of athletic experience in teaching, coaching, recruitment, fundraising, and administration. From 1985 to 2006 he was at Dana College in Blair, Neb., most recently serving as athletic director from 2003-2006. Krueger was also head football coach and instructor of physical education from 1993-2003,defensive/recruiting coordinator and head track coach from 1988-1993, and assistant football/strength and conditioning coach from 1985-1988.

Sr. Corrine Connelly 

Administrative Assistant  

Sr. Corrine Connelly, RSM has been the administrative assistant for the athletic department since April 2004.  Sr. Corrine earned a bachelor's degree in English, French and secondary education from College of Saint Mary and a master's in educational administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She spent 40 years in education mostly at the secondary level.  She was principal of Mercy High School in Omaha from 1978-1988 and principal of Bishop LeBlond High School in St. Joseph, Mo., from 1989 until 2003.  Prior to Mercy High School, she taught English and French at high schools in Kansas City, Mo., Independence, Mo., and at St. Albert High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Barb Simpson  

Health & Wellness and Aquatics Director  

An Omaha native, Barb attended Creighton University and has worked for Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company and Millard Public Schools before joining the staff at CSM in 2001.Throughout her career, she has taught over 7000 children and adults to swim and has co-partnered an adaptive swim school for 15 years. She holds a National Pool Operators license, is a certified US Swimming stroke and turn judge, and coaches Special Olympics. She has three children and two grandchildren.
