Chuck Brewer
Head Coach
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Chuck Brewer was the high school boys'
basketball leading scorer in 1972. He
has been an athletic director, coach and teacher for 32 years. Prior to
joining CSM, he had a 56-22 record in three years as head basketball coach at
Mount Marty College (MMC) and a 20-11 mark at Wayne State. He is also a veteran of 22 years of high
school basketball in South Dakota and Iowa. Coach Brewer, who has a B.A. in
HPER from Mount Marty College, is also an inaugural member of the MMC Hall of
Fame and still holds several records at MMC including most career points and
season scoring average. He was the
NAIA District 12 women's basketball and softball coach of the year in 1993.
