Head Coach Jim Homan has been the Flames' soccer coach since December of 2005.  He has won one MCAC regular-season crown and was the MCAC soccer Coach of the Year in 2006.  Coach Homan has an A License from US Soccer and is also a teacher and coach at Omaha Gross Catholic High School.

Assistant coach Kim (Ernesti) Matzen '98 has been with CSM soccer as long as it has been a sport.  An All-MCAC and All-Region goalkeeper, Coach Kim is also a teacher and coach at Omaha Gross Catholic High School.

Assistant Coach Michelle Pleiss '01 has been an assistant at CSM since the fall of 2007.  She was a defender at CSM and also is the head girls soccer coach at Omaha Central High School.

Assistant Coach Neil Hope joined the coaching staff in January of 2009.  Neil hails from Nuneaton, England and played his college soccer at Bellevue University.  Neil also is currently a coach for the Omaha Football Club.
