Jim Homan  

Head Coach
Head Coach Jim Homan has been the Flames' soccer coach since December of 2005.  He has won one MCAC regular-season crown and was the MCAC soccer Coach of the Year in 2006.  Coach Homan has an A License from US Soccer and is also a teacher and coach at Omaha Gross Catholic High School.

Kim (Ernesti) Matzen '98  

Assistant Coach 

Assistant coach Kim (Ernesti) Matzen '98 has been with CSM soccer as long as it has been a sport.  An All-MCAC and All-Region goalkeeper, Coach Kim is also a teacher and coach at Omaha Gross Catholic High School.

Neil Hope

Assistant Coach Neil Hope joined the coaching staff in January of 2009.  Hope hails from Nuneaton, England, and played his college soccer at Bellevue University.  He is also currently a coach for the Omaha Football Club.

Oscar Gonzalez 

Assistant Coach  

Assistant Coach Oscar Gonzalez joined the coaching staff in March 2010.  Born in Puerto Rico, Gonzalez moved to the U.S. in 1985.  He played soccer for Barton College and the Soccer Club of Baltimore (Md.) and trained at Leads United in England. Currently he is also a teacher and girls soccer coach at Millard North High School.
