Rich Draper  

Head Coach
Draper comes to CSM from Ralston High School where he served as assistant head coach for the girls and boys swim teams. Other past positions include head coach for the boys and girls swim teams at Millard North High School; Assistant men's swim coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Iowa; head men's and women's swim coach at Bowling Green State University; and head boys and girls swim coach at Boone (Ia.) High School, among other coaching positions. Coach Draper holds a master's degree in physical education from the University of Iowa and a bachelor's degree in education from Wayne State College.
