Credentials: 

M.S. in Nursing was obtained from the University of Nebraska College of Nursing in 1982. 

B.S. in Nursing was obtained from the University of Nebraska College of Nursing in 1965. 

  

Biography: 

My interests in nursing have always been varied - nursing practice, research and education.  I have been fortunate to be able to work in all of those areas of nursing and to work in several geographical areas due to moving with my husband's job.  Most of my nursing focus has been medical-surgical, gerontology and psychiatric nursing.  I am active in Sigma Theta Tau International, a nursing honor society and with the University of Nebraska Alumni Association.  I also serve on committees with the Program for Women and Successful Aging at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
