M.S. in Nursing was obtained from University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing. 

M.S. Informatics Certificate was obtained from Duke University. 

B.S. in Nursing obtained from Creighton University. 

  

Biography: 

I began my nursing career and a LPN in Tucson, AZ.  I worked as a LPN on a medical-surgical unit and on a gynecology/OB overflow unit.  My clinical focus as a RN has been in orthopedic nursing, and medical-surgical nursing.  I have experience in Nursing Administration, Quality Improvement and Nursing Informatics.  I have sixteen years of experience teaching in BSN and AD nursing programs.
