Welcome to the Office of Student Leadership and Organizations at College of Saint Mary! We recognize that student involvement enriches the social, cultural and educational experience of students and the larger college community. College is a time to explore new ideas, get involved in activities and discover who you are. At College of Saint Mary, you will cultivate your talents in and out of the classroom. The Leadership Launch program is in its ninth year at CSM.  Leadership Launch is an opportunity for students to work with their peers, learn more about themselves, and realize their true leadership potential. 

Every college has its traditions and CSM is no different.  Check out the Traditions page to learn more about Queen of Hearts, Spirit of Service Day, and all the other CSM traditions.
