CSM ranks well among students on national survey
In the National Survey of
Student Engagement (NSSE) for spring 2007, the College of Saint Mary received
very positive remarks in relation to other institutions in the country.
This national survey,
which was launched in 2003 to poll first-year and senior students, asks student
to answer questions about the nature and quality of their undergraduate
experience.
The results compare CSM's
student responses to students from 21 women's colleges, 80 Carnegie-classified
peer institutions, and the overall 585 colleges who participated in this
edition of the survey.
