Entrance Counseling:

Have you been awarded a Stafford Loan or a Grad PLUS Loan? If so, the Department of Education requires that you complete entrance counseling before College of Saint Mary can process your loans. If you do not complete the entrance counseling your loans will not be disbursed onto your student account and you will need to make payment arrangements for the balance on your student account.

The process is very simple and will take you only about 20 minutes to complete. Click on the link below and complete the online entrance counseling. CSM will receive an electronic confirmation once you have completed the process.

Exit Counseling:

Are you graduating or have you fallen below six credit hours? If you received a Stafford Loan while at College of Saint Mary you are required to complete exit counseling as required by the U.S. Department of Education. If you do not complete the exit counseling, a "Hold" will be placed on your student account.  A "Hold" may result in you not being able to view grades, register, obtain transcripts or diplomas, or participate in graduation.

The process is very simple and will take you only about 30 minutes to complete. Just click on the link below and complete the online exit counseling. CSM will receive an electronic confirmation once you have completed the process.
