If a credit balance is created on your account by the application of any type of financial assistance, a refund check will be issued to you or your parent.  At no time will a refund check be issued if a credit balance does not exist on your account.  Please allow up to ten working days from the time a credit balance is created for the refund check to be issued. 

  

Refund checks will be available every Tuesday and Friday after 3:00 PM in the Express Center.  All refund checks that were not picked up will be mailed the next business day.  Please be prepared to show a photo ID. 

  

Student Account Statement 

 

To access your student account, log on to IQ Web and click 'Account Information.'  Click the current semester that you want to view or print and submit.  

 

Online Payment 

  

You may pay online with a credit card by logging on to IQ Web.  Click online payment and follow easy instructions.
