The Mothers Living & Learning program is an innovative residential option for currently unmarried women with children who would like to pursue a degree while living on campus.  We are proud to provide on-campus housing year-round to single mothers and their children so that the mother can pursue a degree full-time.  

This program is for women who: 

• Have up to two children
• Are determined to complete their college degrees in a supportive environment
• Are seeking a learning experience that recognizes that they have a child

Mothers Living & Learning  offers:  

• Year-round housing for students and  children who are under the age of 10 by the mother's graduation year.  Accommodations include a large bedroom and a shared playroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and computer lab.
• Learning Support Center -- assistance for individual and group help in your studies.
• Career Services to help in the selection of a major, internship planning, resume writing and job search efforts.
• Security, with locked residence halls, 24-hour security personnel and personal keys to rooms.
• Fitness and recreation -- Mothers and their children may use the on-campus Lied Fitness Center complete with a swimming pool, weight room and jogging track.  Students and their children can also attend sporting events or take a walk along the nearby Keystone Trail.
• Leadership Opportunities through our Leadership Launch program and dozens of on-campus organizations.
• Counseling through arrangements with the campus Counseling Assistance Program.

Note on Childcare:  Students are responsible for locating and financing daycare.  Approximately 17 licensed daycare providers operate within two miles of campus.
