Dr. Narcissus Shambare is an Associate Professor and Program Director of Business programs, bringing extensive academic and professional expertise in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, and Business Analytics. With a Ph.D. in Business, multiple master’s degrees including an M.S. in Information Systems, an M.B.A., and certifications in information systems security, he has over three decades of experience in both higher education and industry, including leadership roles at Colgate Palmolive where he served in both Finance and Information Technology. His teaching portfolio spans a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses in business and information technology, and his research focuses on technology adoption, strategic management, and the intersection of human behavior and information systems. Dr. Shambare is actively involved in university service and community initiatives, and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the College Educator of the Year from the AIM Institute, Best Reviewer from Institute of Behavioral and Applied Management, Inspiring Excellence Award from College of Saint Mary and several nominations for teaching excellence.
