Sabrina Riggins, BS, MS

Sabrina Riggins brings twenty years of K-12 special education experience to her role as Instructor of Special Education at College of Saint Mary. She is dedicated to preparing the next generation of educators, placing particular emphasis on inclusive practices and effective strategies for teaching students with disabilities. Her work centers on advocacy and collaboration, equipping future teachers to create classrooms where every learner belongs.
