General Background
Dr. Jackson began her career as a Labor and Delivery and High-Risk Obstetrics nurse. Passionate about mentoring and training new nurses, she pursued advanced education to prepare for a role in nursing education. She started her teaching journey as an adjunct faculty member before transitioning to a full-time instructor, while continuing to practice as a bedside registered nurse.
