As a condition of providing Title IV federal student aid funds to their students, the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended, and other statues, expect and require postsecondary educational institutions to report and disclose certain consumer information to certain prospective students, and employees, currently enrolled students, students’ parents, and employees.
