College of Saint Mary has the only four-year paralegal program in Nebraska that has been granted formal approval by the American Bar Association. Meeting the rigorous requirements of the ABA approval process assures students that their degree will be recognized by employers throughout the United States. Paralegals, working under the supervision of an attorney, conduct research, draft legal documents, interview clients, and assist at trial.

Certificate Program
Students who already have a bachelor's degree in another field are eligible for the Paralegal Certificate Program. The certificate includes law courses, general education credits and an optional internship.
