Let’s Get You Ready for Day One
New Student Registration Day, or NSR Day as we call it, is your first real step into the CSM community. It’s when you’ll choose your classes, meet the people who’ll support you and get everything set up so you can start the semester feeling ready and confident.
What to Expect
Registration Day brings together the important pieces you’ll need as you transition into college life. You’ll meet staff who can assist with academic advising, billing questions, financial aid follow-up and tech setup. Our goal is to make your start smooth and informed.
During Registration Day
You’ll connect with an advisor who will help you build your class schedule and register you for the semester. Support staff will be available to answer questions about billing, textbooks, campus resources and technology setup (like email and learning platforms).
After Registration Day
Once you’ve completed registration, you’ll receive information about what comes next: orientation activities, housing move-in, academic calendars and how to access your class information online. Stay connected with your admissions advisor if you have follow-up questions.
