The Sociology Minor
A minor in sociology will complement nearly any major and prove useful in your career as you will examine groups, institutions and societies — focusing on how they are organized and how they change. Using your understanding of societal, community and institutional uniformities, you will be prepared to help lead through change.
For this minor, you must successfully complete 18 credit hours of sociology courses including:
- Introduction to Sociology
- 15 additional credit hours approved by your advisor and the behavioral sciences program director
