The Inclusive Campus is a college-wide initiative that reflects College of Saint Mary’s values and mission to provide access to education for women in an environment that calls forth potential and fosters leadership. An Inclusive Campus is critical to an exceptional liberal arts education. It provides students, faculty, staff, community members, and alumnae opportunities to engage with issues around social justice in our local and global communities. Building an Inclusive Campus begins with a frame of mind and a commitment to understanding that inclusion is at the core of CSM’s values and the foundation for student success. Our offices and institutional committees work to ensure equity, inclusivity and diversity in all aspects of the student experience and academic life, and for all the members of our College community.
