Teach at the K-12 Levels. Make a Difference for Life
College of Saint Mary offers a bachelor’s degree in K-12 education with endorsements in Art, Theology, or Spanish. This bachelor’s degree will prepare you to teach in smaller school environments — whether in private school or in a small town — where you may be required to teach all grade levels, or at the level of your choice in a larger school. So, no matter where you live, you will always have the freedom to teach every age.
One of the highest compliments we receive is from hiring schools that tell us our graduates “hit the classroom” running because they have had excellent preparation in our classrooms and excel through the fieldwork we provide. Our education majors jump into the field sooner than in most programs, so they can apply what they are learning to real classrooms and have the opportunity to impact the lives around them. This opportunity, combined with the career-relevant endorsements we offer, help you prepare to lead and enjoy a fulfilling, fruitful career in education.
